The Commissary Production Supervisor reports directly to Commissary Management and partners with Restaurant leadership to ensure seamless execution of Impact Kitchen’s menu across all locations.
This is a developmental leadership role within the Commissary structure.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, train, and support the Commissary Production Team Member and Team Leads in day-to-day operations Train and coach Commissary Team Leads to ensure operational excellence Oversee preparation, production, and execution of all menu items according to recipes and quality standards Monitor sanitation, food safety, and freshness across all production areas Manage commissary scheduling, task delegation, and workflow organization Receive and organize deliveries from suppliers and commissary partners Ensure effective product storage and rotation (FIFO) Maintain and oversee cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of kitchen equipment and production spaces Uphold strict compliance with company, municipal, and provincial food safety regulations Act as a role model for Impact Kitchen’s values, leading by example on and off the floor Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of kitchen or production experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role Strong knowledge of cooking, cleaning, and production fundamentals Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and public health practices Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask Strong interpersonal and communication skills; respectful and effective in a team-based setting Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends as business demands Required :
