Job Description
This role is hybrid, based in either San Francisco or Seattle, and is a six-month contract. The People Specialist, Manager Enablement, plays a key role in supporting managers and People Partners through program management, process improvement, and resource development. The focus is on operational excellence, manager development, and scaling people systems during a period of rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities
Design and operationalize scalable manager enablement processesMaintain and improve manager resources and documentationPartner with People Partners, Leadership Design, and People Ops teamsManage cross-functional HR initiatives and special projectsSupport personnel investigations and compile detailed documentationDrive tracking and reporting on enablement initiativesQualifications
3–5 years in HR, People Operations, or Recruiting CoordinationProven project management and stakeholder communication skillsExperience in fast-paced or high-growth environmentsFamiliar with HRIS tools and systems (Workday, BambooHR, etc.)Exposure to L&D or organizational development a plusTraits
Highly organized and detail-orientedExcellent communicator (written and verbal)Exercises strong judgment and discretionTech-savvy and process-drivenNaturally curious about organizational developmentComfortable with ambiguity and scaling environmentsBonus Experience
Background in tech or AI companiesPrevious experience supporting People Partners or Manager ProgramsFamiliarity with compliance or employee relations processesAdditional Information
