Job descriptionDesign and operationalize scalable manager enablement processes Maintain and improve manager resources and documentation Partner with People Partners, Leadership Design, and People Ops teams Manage cross-functional HR initiatives and special projects Support personnel investigations and compile detailed documentation Drive tracking and reporting on enablement initiatives 3–5 years in HR, People Operations, or Recruiting Coordination Proven project management and stakeholder communication skills Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments Familiar with HRIS tools and systems (Workday, BambooHR, etc.) Exposure to L&D or organizational development a plus Highly organized and detail-oriented Excellent communicator (written and verbal) Exercises strong judgment and discretion Tech-savvy and process-driven Naturally curious about organizational development Comfortable with ambiguity and scaling environments Background in tech or AI companies Previous experience supporting People Partners or Manager Programs Familiarity with compliance or employee relations processes

Job Description
This role is hybrid, based in either San Francisco or Seattle, and is a six-month contract. The People Specialist, Manager Enablement, plays a key role in supporting managers and People Partners through program management, process improvement, and resource development. The focus is on operational excellence, manager development, and scaling people systems during a period of rapid growth.
