People Analytics Specialist

People Analytics Specialist - Long-Term Contract - 3 days Hybrid (Santa Clara, CA)

We are looking to hire a People Analytics Specialist for our Bay Area-based client. You will be working extensively on SQL and Tableau.

We prefer this individual to be based in the Bay Area. You will work 3 days on-site at the client location (Santa Clara).

Required skills :

• Bachelor's Degree in IT / Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong experience in SQL is required including writing complex queries, sub-queries, etc.
• Proficiency in building visualization using Tableau is required.
• Good experience working with Microsoft Exce l.
• Ability to work independently and with business stakeholders.
• Prior experience in creating Tableau dashboards related to HR / People Analytics .
• . Knowledge of HRMS (Human Resource Management System), ATS (Applicant Tracking System), LMS (Learning Management System), or other HR-related software to extract and analyze the relevant data.
• . Understanding of predictive modeling techniques to forecast employee turnover or workforce planning initiatives.
• Prior experience in creating tables and views within Snowflake is a major plus.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong team player and results-driven.
• Go-getter attitude.
