Description : Summary :
This position requires that the employee can read, write and communicate clearly. Requires ability to sit and concentrate for extended periods and familiarity with computers and phone systems.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Trained on product lines, able to read and interpret the product codes
- Order entry as and when needed
- Help customers with tracking and assisting in general inquiries
- Sample preparation for all customers
- Manage large amounts of incomings calls
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- To check emails and respond with acknowledgement within 2 business hours, when applicable
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problems or reason for calling
- Follow up with existing customers by making calls or sending emails
- Maintain a positive relationship with new clients to facilitate future sales
- Audit invoices
- To be able to handle work pressure
- Handle changes in policies or renewals
Requirements :
Associates or College degree is preferredPrior Experience in customers services is preferredFamiliar with Microsoft Office, Outlook, P21 preferredSelf-motivated and determined to succeed in a performance-based roleAbility to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
