Job Responsibilities :
- Develop clear and accurate hardware repair procedures and documentation
- Create training materials to support technician learning and workflow understanding
- Ensure technical content is concise, consistent, and easy to follow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accuracy and clarity in documentation
- Support continuous improvement of service and repair content quality
- Write and edit procedural video scripts, manage content strategy, and analyze content performance through data analytics
