Job Overview
The District Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple restaurant locations to ensure full operational performance, effective team leadership, and alignment with company standards. This role is essential to driving profitability, consistency, team culture, and guest satisfaction.
Role & Responsibilities
Communicate regularly with executive leadership, providing updates on district performance and operational needs.
Allocated 50 hours per work week with a minimum of two in-person visits per restaurant each week.
Qualifications
2+ years of multi-unit restaurant or food service management experience
High school diploma required; college degree or diploma preferred
Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ability to interpret and create reports, adaptable to restaurant technologies and tools.
Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to coach and motivate diverse teams.
Solid understanding of financial reports, budgeting, and inventory management.
Knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and quality control practices.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to balance strategic and hands-on responsibilities.
Flexibility to travel between locations and adjust to operational demands.
