Senior MMIC Design Engineer

Job Description :

As part of a fast-moving team, the Senior design engineer will develop MMIC amplifiers and modules. The candidate must be able to architect, design, layout, measure and productize GaAs and GaN-based MMICs and be comfortable with frequencies above 30GHz.

Specific Responsibilities :

• Act as a subject matter expect in the area of GaAs and GaN technologies and MMICs
• Take an IC from concept through to productization
• Architect, schematic design, layout, hands-on laboratory characterization of high frequency ICs
• Manage project, support customers, work with test and application engineers
