As a stabiliy and control engineer, you will research, design, develop, test, certify, deploy and improve cutting edge products and services. These cover a very wide range from advanced mission payloads and electronic systems through highly integrated aircraft. You'll develop complex aerodynamic components, structures, and systems. Your technical duties involve the design and development, analysis, and test of new products and processes throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities :
- You will analyze aircraft stability and control problems for transport-category aircraft within the NC3 business area.
- You will plan, schedule, execute, and report stability and control analysis and reporting efforts to support other engineering disciplines.
- You will review and compile results from the stability and control analysis team and present findings and results to internal teams, leadership, and customers.
- You will assist with wind tunnel test planning, execution, and reporting.
- You will assist with flight test planning and data reduction.
- You will mentor other engineers, organize training sessions, and encourage continuous learning and professional growth among engineers.
