Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic E-commerce Manager to oversee the planning, development, and execution of our online sales initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing the digital storefront, driving revenue growth, optimizing user experience, and leading cross-functional efforts to improve our e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy aligned with business objectives.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, promotions, and merchandising.

Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute SEO, SEM, email marketing, affiliate programs, and social media campaigns.

Work with product and supply chain teams to maintain accurate inventory levels, pricing, and product descriptions.

Analyze KPIs such as sales trends, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value.

Lead a small team of e-commerce specialists and coordinate with IT, marketing, and operations.
