Job descriptionBachelor's degree with at least 4 years of relevant ecommerce or omnichannel experience. Minimum 3 years experience working with Shopify Plus, including deep knowledge of Shopify ecosystem, themes, apps, and development skills (HTML, CSS, Liquid). Experience managing integrations with third-party tools (e.g., email marketing and personalization platforms). Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Proficient with Excel and digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics. Strong understanding of customer behavior, ecommerce trends, and best practices. Presence required in Los Angeles office four days per week. Experience with international ecommerce and paid media is a plus.
Contemporary Fashion Brand is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to join their team!
This role will be responsible for strategy execution, performance, and optimization for D2C site and international sites.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to enhance the customer experience across all ecommerce stores.
- Oversee UX / UI and website development initiatives to optimize engagement and conversions.
- Manage implementation of third-party tools and vendor relationships within the ecommerce tech stack.
- Administer Shopify Plus themes, product content, and page management.
- Develop and track sales channel reporting, KPIs, and analytics to drive strategic decisions.
- Analyze ecommerce metrics to prioritize projects effectively.
- Conduct A / B testing and competitive analysis to identify trends and improve site performance.
- Support interdepartmental requests and troubleshoot issues related to marketing, customer service, warehouse, and IT.
