About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Operations to be the driving force behind its organizational performance, compliance, and scalability. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader with a strong background in healthcare or behavioral health operations, particularly in the area of ABA. Key responsibilities for this role include leading all day-to-day operations, from clinical to financial functions, and developing and implementing scalable processes to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care and clinical compliance. The VP of Operations will also be instrumental in the recruitment, retention, and training of staff, as well as managing the financial performance of the organization and leading its expansion into new locations.

Applicants for the VP of Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 2 years' progressive leadership experience in healthcare or behavioral health operations, with a preference for those with a background in ABA. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in multi-site operations, a deep understanding of ABA workflows, payer requirements, and compliance standards, and strong financial acumen. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to thrive in a growth-stage organization. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's in a related field strongly preferred.
