What We’re Looking For

Experience : 3+ years in General Practice, with at least 1 year in Emergency Medicine (must be able to practice solo)

Surgical Skills : Minimum 2 years of surgical experience

Licensure : Active California DVM license (or eligibility to obtain one)

Leadership & Communication : Strong interpersonal, coaching, and team-building skills

Decision-Making : Proven ability to prioritize, analyze, and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced ER environment

Mindset : A compassionate, servant-leadership approach and a genuine commitment to patient care

Expertise : Up-to-date knowledge of best practices and current standards in veterinary medicine
