Summary : The Parts Manager leads a department of parts specialists and shipping / receiving clerks to support manufacturing, in shop service, and field service teams as well as over the counter sales. Ensures accurate parts inventories and pricing in accordance with corporate policies. Motivates the team to meet departmental goals and objectives.

Work Environment This position works in an office setting along with heavy equipment / truck production exposure throughout the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or type; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time. The employee must regularly lift and / or move objects up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work : This is a full-time position. The days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. with an hour lunch. Differing hours may be arranged.
