Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Deputy Program Manager (Level K) to lead our Landing Gear Program. In this role, the focus will be on the overall business and Profit / Loss (P&L) responsibility for Boeing's Landing Gear Exchange service offerings. The selected candidate will drive operational financial improvements, employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and future growth strategy in Plano, TX.

Position Responsibilities :

• Business and P&L leader for the Landing Gear Program : exchange, lease, and sales
• Lead the Integrated Product Team (IPT) that includes direct reports and team members across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Contracts, and Supplier Management
• Responsible for overall program : customer satisfaction, profitability, program execution, supplier performance, and growth
• Accountable to Business Unit leadership, engage regularly with key functional executive leadership
• Responsible for selective growth and driving profitability for the Landing Gear portfolio of services

Summary pay range : $112,000 $159,000
