Job descriptionThe setting is inpatient and outpatient, with a mix of all populations; including pediatrics. Discover Dalhart, TX. - a community with Golf courses, theaters, specialty museums and wineries / vineyards. PAY RANGE : $40 to $48 per hour, depending on experience. Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus Assess and treat patients Complete documentation Plan, market and develop new programs Communicate with patients, patients’ families and physicians and staff Present in-services to fellow staff therapists Assist in the general operation of the department Supervise COTA’s in accordance to state regulations as necessary Bachelors (B.A., B.S.) or Master's degree (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy Graduate of a certified occupational therapy program Possess or be eligible for state licensure Student loan assistance - ask for details Flexible work environment CORE Mentorship program for new employees and new graduates Competitive base salary Medical / Dental / Vision 401k with company match Internal CEU opportunities Life Insurance and AD and D PTO and six paid holidays Pay range : $40 to $45 per hour, according to candidate's experience.
