This role will cover the Metro Atlanta territory with travel to the outlying market 3-4 times per month. This position will report to the Sr. Regional Sales Manager, East, and work in both on-premise and off-premise accounts. In this role, you'll also collaborate with multiple distributor partners to support our diverse portfolio of brands, including alcoholic, functional, and innovation-forward beverages, ensuring strong representation and execution across the assigned territory.

Who You Are :

You call Atlanta home. You have one to three years of demonstrated successful sales experience opening new accounts, increasing distribution, volume growth, and working with wholesalers. You have a proven ability to build new relationships and maintain them. You are competitive, self-motivated, and passionate about growing the brand alongside your teammates with a willingness to learn and be coached in real time.

Responsibilities

• Own On and off-premise accounts within the assigned territory by building meaningful relationships with buyers
• Work with the distributor reps to ensure the execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals assigned by the Sr. Regional Sales Manager, East
• Cultivate a relationship with the distributor sales team to execute sales initiatives,& orchestrate ride-a-longs, ) at the instruction of the Sr. Regional Sales Manager, East
• Drive constant email and phone communication, regular in-person visits, and ride-along with distributor sales reps
• Effectively manage time by callingon and off-premise accounts weekly by priority
• Work together and communicate with theSr. Regional Sales Manager, East to schedule and / or execute JuneShine promotions, samplings, on a weekly basis
• Communicate updates on weekly recaps, key initiatives, what's working vs. what's not, wins / losses, and tools needed to be successful on a weekly basis withSr. Regional Sales Manager, East
• Work in conjunction with fellow teammates within the region to share best practices and maximize opportunities
• Help to execute National Account gaps per Sr. Regional Sales Manager, East
• Educate accounts why we are premium and different from our competitors
