Salary : $170,000 – $200,000

With a growing portfolio and steady pipeline of work throughout Westchester County , they are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations and ensure successful project delivery.

Position Summary

We are looking for a Superintendent with extensive field management experience in commercial interior construction . The ideal candidate will be responsible for all on-site activities from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, and maintain strong relationships with clients and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion
• Supervise field staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality work and efficiency
• Enforce all safety standards and site-specific protocols
• Track and manage project schedules, identify issues early, and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate daily with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and clients
• Conduct site inspections, progress meetings, and quality control checks
• Oversee material deliveries, manpower scheduling, and site logistics
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting using Procore or similar software
