Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospitalist

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Cleveland Clinic is seeking a full-time OB / GYN Hospitalist for our Maternity Centers in Northeastern Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology with clinical experience to support the full scope of hospital based obstetrical and gynecologic care.
• The OB / GYN hospitalist is a critical part of our group practice model and assists with perinatal safety at each maternity center.
• Balances clinical and academic responsibilities, including supervision of OB / GYN residents and medical students.
• Works shifts of 12 to 24 hours in duration.
• Part of a team that includes laborists, OB / GYN hospitalists, in house on call OB / GYN specialists, MFM specialists, nurse midwives, and advanced practice providers in addition to residents and medical students; Cleveland Clinic is an academic teaching hospital with a full range of residency and fellowship programs.
• / GYN subspecialty support is provided for each of our maternity units.
• Faculty appointment at a rank commensurate with experience is available at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine.
• The Cleveland Clinic has 3 Maternity Centers located in the Cleveland metropolitan region : CC Fairview Hospital on the west side, CC Hillcrest Hospital on the east side, and CC Main Campus Hospital.
• Fairview & Hillcrest Hospitals have busy obstetrical units, with each hospital anticipating between 4,000-5,400 deliveries annually.
• Main Campus Hospital provides specialized care for up to 200 deliveries annually.

The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires and is for a 100%, full-time employment (FTE). A successful candidate's actual compensation will be consistent with fair market value and determined after taking various factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, % of FTE and board certification. This is not inclusive of the value of Cleveland Clinic's benefits package, which includes among other benefits, healthcare / dental / vision, and retirement.

Minimum salary : $261,250

Maximum salary : $359,750
