Civil Design Project Manager

We are partnered with an award winning full service consulting / civil engineering firm seeking a Civil Design Project Manager to join their growing team in delivering high-quality transportation projects. This role combines technical expertise with leadership skills, requiring a professional who can manage complex projects, foster client relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams in designing and delivering transportation infrastructure projects, including highways, transit, rail, and site developments, utilizing design-bid-build, design-build, and Construction Manager / General Contractor (CMGC) delivery methods.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and pursue projects to drive growth.
• Mentor and supervise a team of engineers, promoting a collaborative environment that fosters professional growth and positive team dynamics.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic growth plans, including short-term and long-term objectives.
