About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

• 3 years of experience
• True float position within multiple facilities

Description :

Responsible for providing direct patient care to specific patient populations.

Effectively uses the nursing process : Assessment, Planning, Implementation, and Continual Reassessment as the foundation for care delivery.

Serves as a patient advocate.

Effectively coordinates care and continually promotes safety and clinical / service quality in daily practice.

This is a true float position; the nurse will float 100% of the time.

Night shift with weekend rotation and on-call required.

Provides care to diverse patient age groups including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.

Experience in managing a wide range of medical conditions is required.

Must be prepared for diverse and challenging situations in the emergency setting.

Continuous learning and adherence to protocols are essential for success in this role.
