UK Working Hours : UK Time Monday to Thursday : 8 : 30 AM 6 : 00 PM (UK) with a 1-hour lunch break Fridays : Flexibility for an early finish based on weekly team performance and targets

Job Description
As a 360 Tech Recruiter with a strong focus on business development, you will be responsible for owning the entire recruitment lifecycle - from winning new clients to placing candidates. This role demands a commercially driven individual who can build and manage accounts while delivering high-quality recruitment services across tech markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Business development across assigned territories (UK, EU, US)
- Win and sign new clients within the tech space
- Build, manage, and deliver into your own accounts
- End-to-end recruitment delivery across contract and / or perm tech roles
- Develop and grow a specific tech market or vertical
- Maintain regular contact with clients and candidates
- Leverage warm leads while actively sourcing cold leads
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and hiring activity within your chosen specialism
- Maintain and grow revenue from self-won accounts
Markets Generally Covered
Primary focus on the UK market (approx. 75%)Additional coverage across the US and select European markets, including :France, Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Hungary, Poland, and Belgium. No delivery required in SwitzerlandStrong preference for candidates with experience or working knowledge of these regionsMust have a solid understanding of local hiring practices, market dynamics, and cultural nuances relevant to the regions coveredRequirements
Proven experience in a full 360 tech recruitment roleStrong business development background and ability to manage the full sales cycleConfident handling warm and cold outreachExperience working remotely with minimal oversightClear track record of billing performance, ideally over the past 3 yearsAbility to independently manage accounts and candidates across multiple regionsFamiliarity with your chosen market / vertical, and ability to bolt on new clientsExperience working UK or EU recruitment markets is essentialComfortable in a commission-led environment (eat what you kill model)Benefits
