EUC technician / Site IT Support

Overview

Strong in communication and interpersonal skills with experience in IT Hardware & Software Asset Management services. Experienced in managing PC and Mobile Assets in the ServiceNow module and aware of different stages in the asset management lifecycle.

End to end asset life management including forecasting, receiving, shipping, maintenance & recycling. Track complete life-cycle information to maintain warranty, refresh dates and end of life information.

Knowledge of ServiceNow, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Office, Windows OS and iOS troubleshooting skills. Smart hands support for server and network devices. Train the Trainer.

Base Salary Range : $50,000 - $65,000 per annum

Qualifications : Bachelor of Computer Science

Responsibilities

• Manage PC and Mobile Assets lifecycle in ServiceNow and coordinate asset audits with vendors
• Conduct physical asset audits and maintain asset stock rooms
• Track complete asset life-cycle information including warranties and end-of-life planning
• Provide end-to-end asset life management (Forecasting, Receiving, Shipping, Maintenance, Recycling)
• Assist with troubleshooting across ServiceNow, Windows Auto Pilot, Microsoft Office, Windows OS and iOS
• Provide smart hands support for server and network devices
• Deliver Train the Trainer sessions as needed
