Soft Skills - really important

• Engage in conversation - need to be able to have back and forth understanding & conversations / don't want a bull in a China shop
• Work well with other teams

100% azure environment - built in microservices architecture

High level - Sr. Azure engineer - there is mostly supporting azure function apps & azure development. They don't use VMs in their environment.

No current DevOps team is built out - would like the operations side to build pipelines to have automation. Developers can push out their own code - automated. Strong nice to have

Day to day support will also be part of this

Azure files & domain services for a specific team

MSP handles - service desk, network, cloud environment

Running into - candidates resumes look great, what are they actually doing - feels resumes are embellished.

Look great on paper - but cannot speak exactly to what they specifically did. They were part of a greater team.
