Key Responsibilities
Own recruiting and hiring goals to ensure high-quality talent acquisition
Manage the talent pipeline for critical technical roles throughout the recruiting lifecycle
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for high-caliber candidates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
7+ years of experience in a full-desk / full-cycle Technical Recruiting function
5+ years of recruiting experience for software engineering teams in SaaS companies
Experience managing the offer process for engineering roles at pre-IPO companies
Strong understanding of technology relevant to hiring needs
