We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting LMS Administrator to join our Healthcare team. This role is integral to our commitment to continuous learning and development. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of learning management systems, specifically Cornerstone, and will be responsible for the day-to-day management and support of our learning initiatives.

Responsibilities :

As a Consulting LMS Administrator, your primary duties will include :

  • Daily customer inquiries and support requests related to Cornerstone, UC Learning Center (SumTotal), Competency Tracker, Training Compliance Dashboard (Tableau), and Transcript Report Requests.
  • Assisting HR Tier 1 team in answering customer queries.
  • Compliance Training Upload Requests on a bi-monthly basis.
  • Monthly catch-up assignments and uploading Nursing Orientation Rosters to Cornerstone.
  • Quarterly Chief / Chair Training Compliance Report.
  • Handling Nursing Certification / Degree Magnet Close-out twice a year.
  • Training Transcript Report Requests on a weekly basis.
  • Training Assignment Request for Other Mandatory Trainings.
  • Participating in monthly mandatory calls with CAG (Cornerstone Advisory Group) and UC LMS Systemwide Office.
  • Your secondary duties will include responding to Competency Tracker Inquiries and providing Observation Checklist Tier II Support.

    Qualifications :

    To be considered for this role, you should possess the following :

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Cornerstone LMS and Cornerstone Performance Observation Checklists.
  • Familiarity with UC Learning Center (SumTotal) would be a plus.
  • Strong Excel formula skills, especially VLOOKUP.
  • Excellent customer service etiquette and strong communication skills.
  • Experience in E-Learning development skills would be beneficial but not required (Adobe Captivate and Articulate (Storyline and Rise 360)).
  • HR Case Management system experience preferred (e.g. ServiceNow HRSD).
