A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide elevated technical support and assistance to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve inbound support cases and phone calls within Tier 2 Support technology domains
Meet individual goals and metrics to contribute to organizational success
Create documentation and training materials for internal and external support
Required Qualifications
5 - 7 years of experience in a Technical Support role
Extensive prior experience with video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Teams, or Slack
Experience with integrating and supporting calendar services like Microsoft Office O365 or Google Calendar
Understanding of networks and firewalls, and tools required for troubleshooting
Able to manage a high volume of cases, calls, and chats in a fast-paced environment
