Overview

Provides operations support in mail services, high-volume copying, scanning, shipping / receiving, and document handling. Duties include equipment operation, maintenance, supply distribution, and customer service. Work is on-site at a client campus.

Responsibilities

Operate high-volume copy machines, scanners, mail equipment, and image handling software

Perform binding, finishing, QC, jogger use, and final checks on completed jobs

Distribute mail, faxes, office supplies, and completed jobs to designated areas

Handle incoming / outgoing mail and packages; apply postage and manage delivery

Use MS Office, email systems, and job tracking software

Maintain copier areas, perform inspections, clear paper jams, and escalate repairs

Maintain records for job billing, supply inventory, service and meter logs

Respond to service calls and assist customers with job requests

Perform filing, archiving, and document purging tasks

Travel between buildings on campus for deliveries

Use shrink-wrap machines, cutters, staplers, hole drillers, stackers, tape machines

Lift / move items up to 50 lbs with assistance and equipment (dollies, pallet jacks)

Follow dress code : company-provided uniform shirt, jeans or khakis, belt, and safety shoes

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience

Some related copy or mailroom experience preferred

Basic computer skills; proficiency in MS Office Suite

Valid driver's license required (for driving after conversion)

Technical aptitude with printers, copiers, postage and fax machines

Good customer service and organizational skills

Able to stand, walk, bend, stretch, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs

Must be able to work in an office environment and travel between buildings
