RBT / Registered Behavior Technician – Beltsville, MD 20705
Part-Time | In-Home + Clinic | $18.00–$26.00 per hour
Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA therapy for a child in the Beltsville, MD 20705 area. This role requires someone who is comfortable delivering services in both in-home and clinic environments , depending on the child’s needs.
We are currently finalizing the schedule with the family, and the available shift will be one of the following :
- 4 : 00 PM–8 : 00 PM
- 9 : 00 AM–2 : 00 PM
- 1 : 00 PM–6 : 00 PM
This flexibility allows you to choose the shift that best fits your availability once confirmed.
You will support children in building communication, social, and independence skills using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (required) Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification issued by the BACB (required) Additional ABA coursework or training (preferred but not required)
