Hours

Average 42-46 hours per week, Monday through Thursday 6 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm; rotating half-day Fridays approximately every 4–5 weeks

A team member will lead and supervise a team of mechanical technicians performing industrial maintenance in manufacturing facilities. Will always hold the team to company and customer performance expectations. Will require some computer skills in Excel, Word and Outlook.

What Will I Be Doing?

Qualifications

Experience : Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting is required.

Additional Skills : Strong facilitation and computer skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional team environments is essential.
