Summary The SolidWorks Designer will be responsible for the design and drawing of air-cooled heat exchangers and other heat transfer components.

Your Responsibilities Perform design calculations per ASME code as required.

Review and apply project specifications and incorporate them into fabrication drawings.

Serve as technical contact for shop and outsourced fabricators.

Coordinate with internal departments to gather information needed to complete technical activities (Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering, Sales).

Create and submit customer approval drawings and calculations.

Work with engineering to complete bundle and structural detail drawings as needed.

What We’re Looking For 3D SolidWorks modeling experience required (minimum 3 years).

Mechanical drafting experience required.

Familiarity with weld processes and symbols for vessel and structural applications desired.

Experience with DriveWorks Automation a plus.
