Vice President, HR Strategic Analyst
As our Vice President, HR Strategic Analyst, you will leverage your analytical skills and storytelling ability to provide strategic insights that drive HR initiatives and decision-making. You will utilize your master Excel skills for advanced data analysis, develop compelling presentations, and collaborate with various stakeholders to communicate findings effectively.
Duties & Responsibilities
Data Analysis :
- Gather, analyze, and interpret HR data.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights that provide HR strategies and initiatives.
Storytelling through data :
Develop compelling narratives that highlight key findings and strategic recommendations.Create engaging presentations and side decks that effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.Strategic Decision Making :
Collaborate with HR leadership to align data insights with business objectives.Support the development of strategic HR initiatives and programs based on analytical findings.Reporting and Presentation :
Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track HR metrics and KPIs.Present findings to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.Continuous Improvement :
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics.Recommend enhancements to data collection and analysis processes.Required Skills / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.Proven experience as a data analyst, preferably within an HR context.Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.Strong storytelling skills with the ability to present complex data in an understandable and engaging way.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strategic mindset with a focus on making data-driven decisions.What we offer :
