A company is looking for a Contact Center Associate 3 (H) to serve as a team lead and provide assistance in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as team lead and subject matter expert, assisting in daily operations and staff management
Handle escalated issues from agents and customers, ensuring timely and efficient service
Monitor call quality and provide training to new agents on scheduling and registration processes
Required Qualifications :
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
General knowledge of office procedures and operations
Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion
Any relevant education, certifications, and / or work experience may be considered
