YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Our Accounting Specialist plays a vital role in keeping our dealership's finances running smoothly and accurately. You'll handle a variety of essential tasks, including processing payroll and 1099s, reconciling bank statements, managing general ledger entries, and preparing financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. You'll also process accounts payable and receivable, evaluate profits and losses, and work closely with our CPA to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Organization and attention to detail are key as you maintain thorough financial records and documentation. In addition to general accounting duties, you'll assist with vehicle title processing and support the sales team in managing related paperwork. Your contributions are felt throughout our dealership!
