Are you a strategic thinker who thrives on turning insights into action? As the Senior Associate, Campaign & Brand Strategy, you'll support the development of integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth across Humana's lines of business. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are insight-driven, member-centric, and aligned with enterprise priorities.

Key Role Functions :

• Support the development of multi-channel campaign strategies across Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial lines of business.
• Translate business objectives and audience insights into actionable campaign briefs and messaging frameworks.
• Collaborate with Brand, Media, Creative, and Product teams to ensure campaign alignment and executional excellence.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for optimization.
• Assist in the development of campaign playbooks, toolkits, and reporting frameworks.
• Act as a brand advocate within agile go-to-market pods, fostering connection to brand positioning and storytelling.
• Collaborate with teams to develop campaign briefs and inform messaging direction.

Scheduled Weekly Hours : 40

Pay Range : The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $94,900 - $130,500 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
