Job Description

We are in search of a Packaging Equipment Specialist - Project Management & Systems Integration - to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for leading engineered packaging equipment projects from concept through implementation, ensuring seamless integration of automation systems across customer sites. The specialist will partner with business units, vendor partners, and customers to design and deliver tailored solutions that improve operational efficiency and support BradyPLUS's strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities Include :

• Project Leadership : Manage end-to-end engineered systems projects including discovery, design, budgeting, scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
• Systems Integration : Lead the integration of packaging equipment into customer operations, ensuring compatibility, efficiency, and scalability.
• Customer Consultation : Partner with customers to assess current processes, identify opportunities for automation, and develop comprehensive solutions that address technical and operational needs.
• Vendor & Partner Coordination : Collaborate with OEMs and integration partners to design, configure, and implement systems that meet project specifications.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with BradyPLUS business units and sales teams to align technical solutions with customer requirements and business objectives.
• Risk & Compliance Management : Oversee project risk assessments, safety requirements, and compliance with industry standards.
• Training & Support : Provide technical training, system demonstrations, and post-installation support to ensure customer success.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay current on emerging packaging automation technologies and integration best practices to drive innovation within BradyPLUS solutions.
