Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of full-cycle Mid-Market Account Executives to achieve sales goals
Provide coaching and development through feedback and skill-building sessions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives and maximize performance
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience managing high-performing Commercial or Mid-Market sales teams, preferably in a SaaS environment
Proven track record of achieving 100%+ of sales quota as both a manager and contributor
Experience selling to Enterprise-level accounts in a leadership capacity
Demonstrated success in developing and retaining top sales talent
Strong understanding of revenue leadership priorities and decision-making
