• Oversee bug tracking processes, ensuring timely resolution and quality assurance.
• Leverage Atlassian Jira to manage project tasks, monitor progress, and facilitate team collaboration.
• Analyze data warehousing requirements to support product optimization and decision-making.
• Communicate product roadmaps and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Develop documentation and guidelines to support product implementation and usage.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related role.
• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies and practices.
• Strong skills in backlog grooming and prioritization techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira for project and task management.
• Familiarity with bug tracking processes and tools.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and their application in product development.
