Medical Assistant at Gastroenterology East, P.A. & Endoscopy Center :

The Medical Assistant is responsible for greeting patients and delivering exceptional customer service assistance.

This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing patient questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment.

This person also performs ad hoc administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications :

Education : High School Diploma, or GED

License : BLS required

Required Experience :

• Medical Assistant, Certified Nurse Assistant or Patient Care Technician clinical training.
• One Year experience directly related to duties and responsibilities specified.
