AR Accountant

The AR Accountant is responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and reconciliation of customer accounts. This role supports cash flow management and maintains strong relationships with internal teams and external customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on schedule
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts
• Apply payments and reconcile customer accounts
• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries
• Assist with month-end close activities related to AR
• Maintain accurate records of all receivable transactions
