Senior Tax Accountant
Compensation : $80K to 100K

A well-established organization in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to oversee companywide tax compliance. This opening is due to an internal promotion and offers strong visibility, along with direct support from a leader who brings a deep tax background.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead all tax compliance reporting for the organization
- Prepare S corporation and partnership tax returns
- Oversee sales and use tax filings across multiple states
- Support personal property tax assessments
- Assist with exemption certificate compliance, book to tax reconciliations, and M adjustments
- Work with rental fleet and fixed asset depreciation
- Maintain and support tax setup, configuration, and testing within the company's ERP system
- Address user tax inquiries and assist with system enhancements
- Support federal, state, and local audit requests
- Participate in quarterly payment planning, forecasting, and tax planning
- Identify and implement process improvements across tax operations
- Stay current on changes to GAAP and tax requirements and implement updates as needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally on projects and support broader finance initiatives
What We Are Looking For :
Bachelor degree in accounting or financeFive or more years of tax experience, preferably starting in public accounting and moving into industryExperience with income tax, sales and use tax, and property taxStrong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesSolid system capabilities with Microsoft Office and tax softwareCPA preferred but not required#INNOV2025 #ZRCFS
