Supply Planning Manager

The Supply Planning Manager works as a member of eero's Supply Chain team and is responsible for all internal and external activities related to supply planning from production forecasts to finished good delivery and customer commitments. To succeed in this role, you need to be data driven, business oriented, cost conscious, and customer-centric. The Supply Planning Manager is a highly visible role within the organization that has direct impact on our customers and eero's financial success. Key job responsibilities :

• Lead and facilitate weekly CTB production meetings with global manufacturing partners
• Publish weekly FPS to Asia CMs and Global FCs using the capacity plan, material constraints, and demand as inputs
• Own the build approval process and ensure plan accuracy through cross functional alignment and pro-active decision-making by all stakeholders.
• Manage global inventory to meet revenue plans and customer commitments while achieving inventory targets, freight budgets, and minimizing finished good liability.
• Lead weekly customer allocation meetings by analyzing demand changes to ensure supply aligns with demand requirements and recommend demand steering strategies to maintain global instock.
• Drive solutions to reduce and eliminate any short or long term gaps in supply plans.
• Ensure smooth NPI and EOL product transitions including first and last time buy recommendations to minimize E&O.
• Responsible for short / long-term planning to drive manufacturing investment decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve the planning process and drive projects to completion.
• Clearly communicate supply and demand strategies to senior / executive stakeholders.
