Are you a hands-on bilingual leader with a passion for quality and creativity? From managing inventory and budgets to streamlining workflows and bringing designs to life, you’ll play a key role in turning concepts into finished products.

APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Yorktown Heights, NY looking to add a Bilingual Production Supervisor to their already amazing team. Their primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the entire design production process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery while leading the production team.     • What your day will look like :

  • Lead, train, and manage production staff, promoting teamwork, safety, and efficiency.
  • Oversee quality control of materials and finished products to meet company and client standards.
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure timely supply of materials.
  • Monitor production costs, budgets, and margins while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and conduct regular inspections.
  • Drive process improvements, including automation, to boost efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, customer service, marketing, production) to meet project goals.
  • Plan and execute decoration production from concept to final delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Create and adjust design mockups using software tools (Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDraw, etc.) based on client needs and feedback.

    • What we are looking for :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing / production environment, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • 1+ year in a lead role in a sewing manufacturing
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Corel products
  • Experience with decorating software (Wilcom, Tajima, etc.) preferred
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
