The Fabrication Plant Manager is a key leader in overseeing the company's structural steel fabrication operations in Cocoa, FL.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations of the Fabrication Shop, ensuring efficiency and productivity
• Manage and lead a team of production leads, quality control inspectors, fitters, welders, machinists, and support staff
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize manufacturing processes and meet production targets
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all employees
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee development within the fabrication team
• Collaborate with the Shop Teams and Senior Management to improve fabrication techniques and streamline production workflows
• Evaluate project budgets, production costs, and provide feedback to the management team

QUALIFICATIONS

The Fabrication Plant Manager must possess and maintain a current valid driver's license. Offsite travel may be needed from time to time but not a regular occurrence.
