Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Sales Support Associate, you'll be the backbone of our sales operations - working closely with both our sales team and our customers.
Engage with customers directly, providing them with information and a positive experience.
Present and sell TruConnect telecom services to potential customers in a face-to-face setting.
Assist the sales team with enrollment processes, ensuring accurate and efficient sign-ups for new telecom accounts.
Help manage and organize customer information and sales materials.
Follow up with new enrollments to ensure all information is correct and the customer is satisfied.
Contribute to daily and weekly team goals by supporting sales efforts and tracking progress.
Stay up-to-date on TruConnect products and promotions to provide the best service possible.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions alongside fellow Sales Support Associates to continuously improve your skills.
