Investment Operations Analyst

Parcion Private Wealth is seeking a seasoned Investment Operations Analyst to join our Investment Department. This role is focused on the daily execution of portfolio operations and plays a pivotal part in driving the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of our investment platform.

The Investment Operations Analyst will be responsible for carrying out and enhancing core functions including trading, compliance support, performance reporting, alternatives monitoring, and billing. This position partners closely with the investment team, advisory, client service, and operations to ensure that processes run smoothly today while also helping us lay the groundwork for future scale in a rapidly growing environment.

Portfolio Operations & Trading

• Execute trades across custodial platforms, including rebalancing, cash deployment, tax-loss harvesting, and distributions.
• Monitor daily cash positions, out-of-tolerance accounts, and new cash flow activity.
• Audit trades for accuracy, reconcile cost basis, and resolve exceptions.
• Provide trading insights (security substitutes, share classes, tax implications) to the investment team.
