Supervises the day-to-day coding operations

• Overlooking / monitoring surgery coders
• Monitoring productivity / quality and lag
• Source of escalation between the doctors
• Reviews and codes complex operative procedures for surgical practices

CPC, Surgery Coding Experience, Escalation, supervisory skills

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.50 - $35.50 / hr.
