What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any suspicious activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols. Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying identification as required by site protocols. Support Allied Universal management and site leadership with incident documentation and communication as needed. Remain alert and attentive to surroundings while on patrol and / or assigned post, adapting to varying work environments and conditions. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
