As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a financial institution location. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment. Monitor entrances, exits, and other critical areas within the financial institution to help to deter unauthorized access. Report and document any unusual activity, incidents, or security-related concerns according to company procedures. Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and site staff to address security-related issues as they arise. Remain alert and observant throughout the shift, adapting to changing environments and conditions at the location. Minimum Requirements : A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
