What You’ll Do :

• Represent employees in employment matters including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations.
• Draft and review legal correspondence and documents with the support of a collaborative team.
• Take ownership of cases from start to finish , lead pre-litigation negotiations and mediations, discovery, including taking and defending depositions, draft and argue law and motion matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and internal staff.
• Manage Pre-litigation staff, oversee workflows and performance metrics of paralegals while focusing on high-impact legal work.
• Help scale our employment law practice to meet increasing demand.
• Advocate fiercely for clients who have been wronged in the workplace.
