Director of Compliance and Privacy
CBRE, Inc is seeking a Director of Compliance and Privacy to establish and oversee the compliance and privacy programs for CBRE's business segment, Industrious, a leading workplace provider for companies of all sizes and stages. As the Director of Compliance and Privacy for Industrious, you will be responsible for establishing and managing a robust compliance and ethics program for Industrious while ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and alignment with CBRE's internal compliance and privacy policies. This role provides strategic direction, manages compliance and risk, develops and enforces compliance frameworks, and fosters a culture of ethics and integrity throughout the organization. This position reports to the Vice President, Gov't & Defense, M&A Integration, and Regulatory Compliance and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success in providing high-quality real estate, facilities management, and project management services to CBRE clients across the globe. We are searching for individuals with expertise in strategic problem-solving and team building for dynamic business environments.

Compensation
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Director, Compliance and Privacy position is $175,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Director, Compliance and Privacy position is $200,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits : 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
